Our due diligence process is intense and puts projects and their developers, their regional centers, their fund managers and all stakeholders involved through a rigorous process before we agree to present them on our platform.

We only pick projects with low immigration risk and high capital protection. Some of the things we like to look at are the track record and credentials of the regional center and developer, the job cushion in the project, the financial viability of the project, the terms of the investment, including the security of the principal investment as well as exit terms

We onboard projects from Regional Centers that are not just heavily regulated by the U.S. SEC, but those who also maintain high standards of governance across the EB-5 process. This is especially important given the rules in the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 passed by The United States Government.

Every project has an extensive set of legal and procedural documents including the Private Placement Memorandum(PPM), TEA letter, Econometric Report, etc. We read through the fine print to demystify the terms for our clients

We visit the project sites to verify the operations, construction progress, TEA location as well as economic status of the project, thus ensuring safety of the capital and eliminating immigration-related risks

We work with immigration attorneys with an enviable track record of successful EB-5 applications. The process requires each immigration attorney to be licensed to operate in the United States. Our clients prefer working with empathetic and knowledgeable immigration attorneys and for their benefit we have been able to build trusted relationships with multiple subject matter experts who are independent and cannot be influenced by the project or developers.

Our experience of working with clients in many countries has helped us understand the nuances of remittance issues from countries with forex controls, identify specific concerns that banks have before remitting such capital investments and prepare for any questions or concerns of financial advisors, tax advisors, CPA and CAs as well as regulatory bodies of such countries.
